Project Designer The Matter of Details
There are many facets to a design project- ideas, measurements, color theory, concepts, numerous meetings, budgets etc. and as in any business
it is important for a client to have the understanding that they are hiring James / G Joseph Falcon as their Designer Liaison and it is our duty to handle project issues on their behalf.
For each individual project, a Specifications binder and E File are developed for the various professional entities to work with throughout the project.
James will coordinate with the Architect and Contractors to handle all aspects of the project's bid process for his client.
In addition, James is also known for creating "One-of" Custom designs be it lighting, furnishing or accessories.
Attention to concise detail is paramount. Let's face it- in the end, it's all about the details.
James is excited to carry over his vast experience, eclectic vision and dynamic design approach to Songullini’s valuable clients.
